I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hyatt Regency Ludhiana, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel boasts luxurious rooms, excellent dining options, and a welcoming ambiance, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The facilities were well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort of my stay. What truly set my experience apart was the exceptional service provided by Rishi. From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure my stay was seamless. His professionalism, attention to detail, and warm hospitality made me feel valued as a guest. He assisted with my check-in, helped with special requests, and always greeted me with a friendly smile. His dedication to guest satisfaction was evident, making my stay even more enjoyable. Swimming pool was not available and that info was not on the website. Staff are really excellent. Mr Gaurav the F&B mgr and Mr Amit the restaurant mgr are a real asset to this hotel. They personally meet all guests at Breakfast time and serve guests as well. I have never seen such professionalism anywhere in any 5 star property anywhere in the world, and I’ve traveled a lot. A lot of guests from overseas were handled with ease. The other staff as well in the restaurant, housekeeping and reception were far superior to anything I have seen in other hotels. I’m thoroughly impressed and all credit to the F&B top management! Thanks guys for outperforming the industry standards.

Special mention to Mohit, Sandeep, Komal, Muskan, and Daman, and many others in the restaurant staff, front of house, and security staff. The service is exceptional and most definitely a 5 star service from all of the people mentioned. They are an asset to the business and made all of the difference to make my stay so enjoyable. I look forward to returning and keep up the great work everyone.

I hv been staying at Hyatt Ludhiana for past many years, & i hv always appreciated the B'fast particularly , for the spread , the flavours & food quality overall. However this time i felt the food quality had dropped. Served cold, taste not great & spread was average. So overall a below standard meal. Infact i had opted for dinner this time as well but was quite disappointed. Sharing because i like staying at Hyatt, n want it to be restored to its old standards.

Only slight downside was the pace and helpfulness of the kitchen staff - service was a bit slow and had to really work hard to get staff attention. Although gagandeep was soo helpful and friendly; brilliant service. And the sous chef was brilliant and so careful with my mums allergies.
